Seven years working in Inland Revenue Department are both challenging and rewarding experience. Not only was Pinky exposed to sophisticated tax investigation, field audit and tax planning, but also did she acquire equally sophisticated interpersonal skills. While her job as auditing requires refined professionalism, just as important is her ability to converse with her clients in lay, common terms. Using extraordinary communication skills coupled with sincerity, she can exchange her ideas with her clients down to earth in the absence of obscure jargons. Plain and sincere conversation, in her view, would result in better understandings of both sides, with the help of which in turn, Pinky thus demonstrates stupendous efficiency when carrying out tax preparation and planning for individuals and business, cross border tax planning and audit areas she is responsible for.
Her outstanding performance, nonetheless, cannot be fully accounted without her uncompromising demand of quality. In striving for the lowest charges possible to her clients, she cannot do so at the expense of quality. Notwithstanding her ample practical experience in the accounting field, he obtained her academic qualification in the Master of Science in Accountancy which allows her to further strengthen the theoretical foothold on latest local and international accounting practice. In addition to her dual fellowships of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, she is also a professional member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. In the past, she was a member in the Taxation Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
